Androind 6.0.1 note 4 messager11/12/2022 ![]() ![]() The phone started not responding when I came back to it - the screen would not switch on whether I pressed the home button or the power button however the blue LED kept blinking. This time the reset completed and it restarted normally so I went about reinstalling my apps and data. The phone loaded back up with all settings reset but as the reset didn't go properly I factory reset it again. I eventually had to switch it off and try again. It got part way but then it said boot failure and it was stuck on the android updating don't switch off phone screen. So I decided to do a factory reset this afternoon. This morning I received a call but the screen wouldn't turn on. ![]() Then, exclude Teams from battery optimization.I have the exact same problem here with my Note 4 ever since the latest update a few days ago my phone has been freezing, lagging, resetting itself and the screen wouldn't wake up. Next, ignore battery optimization for Teams:įinally, enable notifications from Teams: Tap Advanced Settings > Battery Manager > Protected Apps.
